Selling a property can be incredibly stressful and often involves the full rollercoaster of emotions and this was true for me. When I decided to sell my property I knew that Sarah and Max were the people I wanted to work with on the sale and they were both amazing from the beginning.

We made the decision to sell pre Christmas and Sarah was really incredible and efficient in obtaining quotes for styling and then engaging a stylist and getting my unit ready for sale. She worked at warp speed and the end result was beautiful. My unit looked really lovely and the photos were stunning.

Sarah Latham managed our Investment Unit after a succession of managers at a “brand-name” franchise-agency on the LNS through which I originally acquired the property. From the outset, Sarah’s approach was different; hands-on, responsive and professional. When she moved to set up her own shop in late 2012, we had no hesitation in moving with her and have nothing but praise for her new firm and their professional hands-on approach. Living overseas, its critical to get real-time feedback and prompt year-end tax statements – whether for Aus’ or the US purposes – and Sarah never fails to come through. As a real estate developer by profession, I’m demanding by nature and cannot recommend Sarah more highly.

Jaala and Sarah project managed the complete renovation of my unit in Neutral Bay with a level of professionalism and competence that was outstanding. As I don’t live in Sydney, I needed someone on the spot to coordinate the project, schedule all the different trades, check on progress and keep me up to date. Jaala seems to absolutely love managing a big project – she was highly organised, very efficient, fastidious, showed great attention to detail and very tenacious with tracking down elusive items. Her contacts with suppliers and trades people were invaluable and made the job so much easier.

By using her preferred suppliers, sourcing and delivery of all the required materials and services was simple. During the project I was constantly updated with emails, SMS ‘s and photos, the run schedules were regularly updated by email so I knew what was happening each week, and any issues that arose were dealt with immediately. All quotations and invoices were forwarded promptly by email so I could keep track of the finances. The renovation came in pretty much on budget and on time with minimum stress to the owner.

I would highly recommend them to anyone considering major renovations.

I was nervous about engaging a letting agent for my home in Mosman as I had put my heart and soul into renovating it and couldn’t bear to think that it would be rented to uncaring tenants and that once rented, the agents would just sit back and take the fees as I had seen happen when friends went through a similar exercise. I knew from the start that Jaala and Sarah were unique. They showed real interest and understanding when it came to my home. They could see how attached I was to it and knew I was nervous about renting it. They were great at reassuring me and then following up with the most professional and personal attention to detail. This ranged from ensuring that the photography did it justice by supervising the photographer on site, to assisting me in pitching it at the right price, through to getting tenants who were exactly right – a mature professional couple who were going to love the house and living there as much as I did.
